About Us

David E. Williams, Jr. is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University receiving a B.S. in Business Administration . Mr. Williams received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Williams formed the Law Offices of David E. Williams, Jr., to help those who needed affordable and competent legal services.

Mr. Williams has been practicing law since June 2000. Mr. Williams is a former Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore City and Prince George’s County. Mr. Williams started in the District Court Division and worked his way up to the Circuit Court Division. After four years as a prosecutor, Mr. Williams entered private practice. Mr. Williams has attended several continuing education seminars and classes including:

Trial Advocacy I, National District Attorneys’ Association, National Advocacy Center, Columbia, South Carolina.

Student, Hitting the Mark: Implementing and Maintaining Community Gun Violence Initiatives, American Prosecutors Research Institute, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Student, Maryland DNA Technology Seminar, Maritime Institute of Technology, Training and Conference Center, Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

Mr. Williams is licensed to practice law in the Federal & State Courts of Maryland, and the Federal & State Courts of the District of Columbia. Mr. Williams has extensive trial and business practice experience throughout Maryland & the District of Columbia; practicing in nearly all the jurisdictions.

He has represented both large & small businesses, and private citizens. Mr. Williams is a valuable advocate and counselor on all types of law, including Auto Accidents/Personal Injury, Criminal, DUI/Traffic, Workers Compensation, and Business Law.
